    I agree - prior to this being published - this was the DWPs position.

    The document linked claims otherwise - for those that cannot read braille.

    It gives an effective date of 23/11/11 - so is not for future implementation.
    It specifically says it replaces guidance that only deaf/blind would be normally eligible for the support group.
