Samsung Model No.2243SN.
House 3pin plug circuit shorted out with computor on (not comp.& monitor plug) Circuit breaker re-set. comp working but not monitor. Checked plug fuse ok, Is there an internal fuse in the monitor that can be accessed or is the monitor had it.Can anyone help? Thanks

    There are a few main capacitors in your typical latter day LCD screens. Chances are these could have gone as a result of the power cut.

    If this is something that happens often where you live might I recommend getting a UPS to protect both the computer and monitor?

    APC are a good brand.
