Hi everyone
I am using Vista Ultimate and i have a couple of questions:
1) When i run disk defragmenter, i don't get a nice graph with red/blue blobs with a % like in Win XP. Does anyone know how to turn this on? Also can anyone recommend an alternative disk defragmenter software better than window's?
2) I use my own anti-spyware software in vista (Spyware Doctor) so is there anyway i can un-install Windows Defender? (it is already turned off). Could i at least switch off the updates for defender?
Cheers

1. The colour graph has been removed entirely from defragmenter.
2. Several threads on this, e.g. try here0 -
"Diskeeper" far exceeds the built in defrag tools in Vista.. costs £15, but well worth the money in my opinion.. it keeps you defragged without having to remember to run it all the time!
