I have just bought myself (with my Christmas money) a new Kenwood Chef KC510 which I am absolutely thrilled with.
I have been looking on ebay for extra attachments such as the meat grinder, pro slicer etc. There seem to be so many model numbers that I have no idea which will fit my Chef! My instruction book only has reference to the brand new (and very expensive!) ones.
Does anyone know if there is a list somewhere with all the part numbers and the models they fit? I have googled and searched on here but can't seem to find anything.
Thanks for any help. I can't wait to make my own sausages!:D

Have you looked on the Kenwood site http://www.kenwoodworld.com/uk/
They may show part numbers for the accessories for your model and then you can look those up.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there. Thanks, I have been on there but they only have details of the new attachments and I was hoping to be able to use older ones that I can purchase second hand.
Has anyone bought a new replacement Kenwood Chef and been able to use the attachments they had for an older machine with the new one?0 -

These people may have a more comprehensive list.I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to breakMy attitude depends on my Latitude 49° 55' 0" N 6° 19' 60 W0 -
I was lead to believe that all the attachments fitted the new ones, being a highly respected company, to enable people who upgraded or replaced an old model but has already bought attachments.
Kenwood have a customer service line, I would give them a call and ask them if your friends attachments from an old model will work with your new model as you don't want to damage your model trying.
I am sure they will tell you the same or at least the model numbers of the ones that are compatible.0 -
Thanks so much - found what I was looking for here:

Basically all the attachments that fit the A901 model ranges will fit my new KM chef. The older ones for the A700 and A701 model ranges are not compatable with the new ranges.
Thanks again - off to check ebay now! :j0
