Gas Boiler Plan?
I have a gas combination (water & heating) back boiler. I think it might be playing up and I'll probably need a new boiler soon.
Is there some sort of plan, or heating insurance thing that I could do to get a replacement boiler ASAP without having to pay the full cost?

I'm looking into this at the moment.
The problem is that if it's already playing up, this will be spotted in any inspection that is carried out by the insurer. IIRC Domestic and General don't inspect (http://www.domgen.co.uk), but you cannot claim within 30 days of starting your policy.
I'm currently with BG for my insurance, but the renewal's come in at 151 quid for the year. Anybody know any cheaper?0 -
When comparing price also compare the little things that go with it.
i.e
- Do u have to pay, then claim monies back.
- Is there a max no of claims per year
- Is there a max amount per claim
- Does it cover everything
- Does it include extras, i.e a service each year
