Credit Card with no free for Non-EU purchases

Hi all,

Anybody know of any CC out there at the moment that dont charge a fee for purchases made in the USA?

Ideally also have 0% on purchases for x months aswell.

Not asking much i know.... :-)

Santander Zero (although don't think this is available to new customers)

Remember to get this particular one you must have a flex account and make it your main bank account - if you don't you will get one of their lesser offernings.
