Praise for BT

Despite their rather confusing fault reporting system that didn't make it clear whether they had accepted a fault report on-line or whether it needed reporting again by phone (difficult when the phone is not working), BT came up trumps with actually sorting out the problem.
In less than 24 hours an engineer turned up, discovered that the fault was at the exchange and 20 minutes later all was working.
Praise where it's due, that is excellent service.

I had exactly the same thing, Azari. I phoned (using my mobile so I guess it did cost a few pence but it was very straightforward). They tested my line, confirmed a fault, the engineer came the next day, fixed it within a couple of hours. Pain free."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0
