I think the offers vary. I have got £5 max final value fee on up to 100 listings and no insertion fee.
So not worth if selling for less than £50.

I got £3 maximum selling fee - no use to me as most things I sell rarely go over £10.

It says invitation only for me so didn't work!

I had this offer on an account I've never sold on so may be a fairly limited offer.
