I have had problems with then .
first problem I cant understand there accent on the phone

second problen ,I changed my payment details and they took a payment from my old account which was empty but I still had an authorised overdraft .
I phoned to complain and i was told it would be investigated ,never heard another word from them .
Third problem ,the P&P is a rip off to Northern Ireland

I have deleted the channels from my tele

If I want something I can buy it locally or from argos and return it if I dont like it

May I just thank everybody who has replied to my original message. I would just like to state for the record, that I am not on the interweb at home, so I only get to read my messages when I visit a public access system like the local library or someone else's computer. I'm not being ignorant. I hope you understand.

Hi, I would ask on this forum what the best price for an item is before buying from there. I would imagine returning goos that are faulty is a nightmare. Hopefully if you start a thread asking for advice and the best price for an item you will probably find it elsewhere cheaper.

I bought a really lovely leather handbag in Christmas week - and because it wasn't going to arrive before Christmas (which didn't bother me) some things were going really cheaply. I paid £5.99 for the bag plus p+p. When I got it and took it to work no-one would believe thats all I paid. Just have to find the right time to shop and some things do go quite cheaply.
