Please describe how the nominated person has demonstrated a long term commitment to both the Fairtrade and the co-operative movements?

The prize is to visit a Fairtrade producer in their home country for one week. There will be only one set of travel dates provided and if a winning member cannot make these dates, The Co-operative Group shall have no obligation to find alternative dates and the prize may be forfeited without compensation. The trip will depart from and return to London. The Co-operative Group shall choose the destination country and the producer and that decision shall be final.
5. The cost of travel, accommodation, food and reasonable out of pocket expenses will be covered by The Co-operative Group. A one-off allowance up to £500 for travel to the departure point for the holiday will be provided on receipt of expense receipts. It is the responsibility of the winner to arrange their own travel to and from the travel point.
6. Travel insurance will be arranged on behalf of the winning member and such member will provide such information as required by the Promoter to enable it to arrange such insurance.
7. Not included in the prize are car parking fees unless they are airport car parking which come within the £500 allowance, cancellation insurance, and entrance fees to attractions.
8. All qualifying entries received by 11.59pm on 31st May 2012 will be judged by an independent panel. Their names will be made available on request. Their decision as to the outcome of the competition will be final.

Can someone confirm and then change the title to reflect correct end date.
