Hello late one today as work frantic again (when will it ever let up?) while I keep thanking my lucky stars I have a job, it also means life is passing me by at the moment. DH and I are ships in the night with him working nights and me long days

So today will be:
charging phones at work
lunch provided by work (but meant long conversations about work stuff so head aches now)
Check new bank account, money has gone out as expected just have to make sure all other DD go out - suspect Barclaycard are going to be a problem
Second load of washing for the week cold short wash and on the airer (I want to make this 3 loads first week and 4 the next to cut down the stupid amount of time the washing machine spends on, not sure how successful this is going to be)
Food from stores - may bake a cake if I get chance, otherwise will be a tomorrow night job
Sort out with maintenance man appointment to review house when tenant leaves to get any necessary bits fixed - let's hope this is not too much
Try to stop biting people's heads off as for some reason I am not only tired but cranky beyond belief but as flat as the proverbial pancake, despite the fact the sun is now shining
Sort out wardrobe and make pile of ebay items
Sort out shoes for mending / chucking as noticed a couple are looking very worn and a heel was missing today on a pair I went to wear!:eek:Start info Dec11

Hi everyone
Feeling more myself today after I had a little fall on the street and couldn't put any weight on my left foot yesterday. Some frozen sweetcorn went to some good use (finally!) and the swelling has almost completely gone now, just a bit of a bruise.
Ziggy - I'm sure the walking is doing you good. Go you with three trips a day. :T
Listypops:
- Free cuppa x3 in work
- HM lunch
- Food from stores tonight
- Going to @sda with 30 mins till closing time
- Making lasagne for my friends tomorrow night instead of getting takeaway :T
- Took a £35 top back for a refund - bought it for my interview and then saw another similar one for £10 so got that
- Still haven't bought make up...seeing how long I can hold out with what I have in my box
Love to you all!

Not done much last couple of days, am feeling a bit low as I had to have one of our cats put to sleep last night
First time I've ever had to do that and as well as my own upset (and guilt) had to help DS who was (is) devastated. Can't stop seeing my lil boy as he went to sleep for the last time, bless him.
On the cash front, not sure if I told you all but i got a massive surprise two days ago when I opened my payslip and there was an extra £3,400 in it - back pay from being underpaid so long! so after a euphoric evening followed by a devastating one, I'm feeling exhausted tonight!
Initial thoughts on opening payslip...we're going back to florida! HAve decided to get rid of one of the CC debts and be sensible though, with a treat of a new flat screen tv so I don't feel too hard done by....course, the £250 vet bill needs to be paid out of that too
Anyway, enough of my rambling, my short list for today:
- washing on airers
- free lunch at work
- couple of surveys and clicks - cba with most of them today
- rang insurance company for claim form for pet insurance - don't think i'm covered but worth a shot. also removed cat from policy saving about £8 a month...not a pleasant save though
Hop everyone is well x
