Selling (or rather advertising) Houses on eBay?

I need to get more publicity for an apartment I am selling and wondered about eBay.

Is there a way of listing all the details and having pictures without a huge selling fee (i.e. if I listed it at £120,000 or whatever it would be £35 or so) - if I sold an "Invitation to view" or whatever at a Penny, would that work?
If a joker started bidding silly amounts could I be liable for selling fees and/or a messed up Freedback score.

Anyone with any experience?

I wouldn't know ...sorry! have you looked through ebay to see if there are any similar? if there are any - perhaps watch the auction and when it ends contact the people for advise?

It couldn't hurt! what you could do is list it as you say and say don't bid but call if you are interested and leave a mobile number or email address if people bid stupid amounts just cancel them! before the auction ends close it! doubt people would bid to seriously look anyway!
