Today I was sent my Cater Allen Private Bank information pack. Its a very confusing pack, but I'm getting there filling it in. Cater Allen looks like a good bank, but I've never seen a single person use a Cater Allen card, which worries me.
Is anyone here with Cater Allen, so I can get some true information of what there like as a bank, as there is very little reviews online. Some of the basic information I was looking for is:

- Can you drop into there main banking house in Bradford ?

I don't know the answer to your second question, but would you have a particular need to ever visit their physical site?
I had a debit card, but being a business account, I never had a need to withdraw cash, so never put it to the test with regards to whether one can obtain cashback or use it at most ATMs. I can't see why you couldn't though.
You sound like the type of person who still likes to visit a branch rather than do everything electronically. If so, I'm surprised that you signed up with CA rather than a main high street bank.0 -
They are part of the Santander group these days so perhaps you can use their branches? I must admit that for that reason alone I wouldnt go near them.
Have known a lot of people that use them for the business banking, many accountants give you a reference and so waive the normal fee. Dont see anything in terms of their products, services etc that would make me select them above someone else if they werent part of the group they are0
