There will be one winner. The prize for the winner is a meeting and cooking lesson with Claudia Roden, plus a 3 night stay in Spain for 2 people in a minimum 3* hotel with flights, offered by Flexibletrips. The winner must book their meeting with Claudia Roden via Penguin within two weeks of being notified of their prize. They must book their holiday within one month of notification of their prize. No additional expenses (including food/drinks, incidental costs, including those incurred while in residence at the hotel payable at checkout, travel to/from UK or resort airports, insurance, personal spending money, or in resort transportation) will be covered. All travelling dates and times are subject to availability. In the event that you cannot travel within the specified dates, no alternative dates will be possible and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a substitute winner. The winners are responsible for obtaining all necessary visas, travel insurance and or other travel documentation. Travel not permitted between: 06th - 09th April 2012, 20th July - 15th September 2012, 15th November 2012 - 15th January 2013, or any public / school holidays
