    I think the best option is to work on sorting the issue out longer term.

    Management seem to be stuck in headlights unable to take action.

    look at building a holiday policy for them as a side project

    Some good news, one of the managers are going to sort things but I've also been selected for a promotion to a different role so as long as my holidays are carried over then I'm happy especially given the news that I've been noticed at work!!

    Just another little update in case anyone is interested...holidays are being finalised so they can be carried over, just awaiting written confirmation and I start my new promoted role next week

    So all in all, it wasnt worth getting so stressed...but cant help it as im a bit of a stress pot lol!
