Decent pressure washer to start with, maybe a mates got one?You don`t give details, as in graffiti substance? If its cheap water based aerosol/paint, then maybe easy?? If oil based starts to rear its head, then maybe form of acid to break it down before wash? I would`nt attempt to play with acid, i`m no expert in this, google it, surely this would help, you aint the first and tread careful because you dont know where from certain chav`s have happened nicked said graffiti and would`nt have a clue what date it is today, nevermind about what !!!!! they are throwing/spraying around??0

If you're worried about discoloring the concrete, be cautious what you use. Patch test somewhere out of sight.
Anyway, there are commercial products to remove graffiti and products you can coat concrete and brickwork with afterwards so that any future graffiti is easier to remove.0 -
Ring your council as they will have gear to remove the stuff and may give you advice 9I doubt they would remove it for you but it won't hurt to ask)0
