in Reclaim PPI & other insurance
I am at the start of the 'step by step' process of reclaiming PPI on a loan from the Cheshire Building Society.I sent off my template letter and £1 cheque for a copy of my Credit Agreement-their reply is...''I confirm that this account is not regulated by the Consumer Credit Act 1974''-....Where do I go from here? Not sure what that means.
