We ordered two items-2 separate orders from ebuyer to be delivered by parcel line on 8 Feb. One showed that it was attemped delivery and carded on 12 Feb. We were all in, waiting, although at the time we didnt realise the delivery was due that day as the site had been unavailable. No card-no visit-so when we checked online yesterday we found it was on its way back to ebuyer! Phoned ebuyer who managed to stop it and it arrived today. Problem was Parcel lines. They didnt deliever as they claim they had. Second order, showed online today that it was on its way to nearest depot-its been taking 10 days so far to get there. Phoned ebuyer who phoned parcel line who say they have lost it! Now the said goods are out of stock and discontinued. They are refunding us so no probs there but in future-wherever I order fom I shall request to know who the carrier is first! This was supposed to be next day delivery which we paid £7.99 for on each occassion(2 small items-a stick of ram and a laptop drive). No complaints with ebuyer as yet except that they didnt seem very concerned about my complaints regarding Parcel line.
