They have not explained why I was given a new no. I had problems before with a crossed gas meter but elec was ok. The reason the bill is wrong is because although they are now using correct closing reading the previous reading they have is far lower than my actual previous reading so with my correct closing reading it looks likeI have used far more elec than I have if that makes sense?
They are also trying to charge me from Nov, when in dec I was in credit and sent a refund!
As to the staff, the first person I spoke to would not even discuss it as the account is closed.
The people in the directors office who are now dealing with it keep saying they will ring back but dont.
To be honest I dont think they really know whats going on. As it stands I am waiting for a call today if I dont get one I will be going further with this as there is no way im paying the bill as it is now.0
