motabilty car a quick question

hi all i have a quick question

ive had the car a year now and she is due for its service in the morning, my husband and myself r named drivers but i dont drive car, ive asked for a replacement car while ours is being service can my husband go and get the replacement car without me being there as they want both driving lisence

  • Hi, the best bet would be to phone them in the morning. However when my mom had her motabiloty car serviced last year I took her car and picked up the courtesy one. There wasn't a problem but she did phone beforehand to let them know.

    Shouldn't be a problem. Before we traded in my partner's motability for more enjoyable cars I always took it to its services. If he's a named driver on the Motability policy then should all be good.
