motabilty car a quick question

hi all i have a quick question

ive had the car a year now and she is due for its service in the morning, my husband and myself r named drivers but i dont drive car, ive asked for a replacement car while ours is being service can my husband go and get the replacement car without me being there as they want both driving lisence

Hi, the best bet would be to phone them in the morning. However when my mom had her motabiloty car serviced last year I took her car and picked up the courtesy one. There wasn't a problem but she did phone beforehand to let them know.

Shouldn't be a problem. Before we traded in my partner's motability for more enjoyable cars I always took it to its services. If he's a named driver on the Motability policy then should all be good.
