Put in for the copies of loan agreement with Hsbc 6 weeks ago - no response. Rang them today and they said initially that they didnt realise that i wanted them SENT to me they thought i would pick them up in the branch the loan was agreed at - 200 miles away! Despite the letter clrearly asking for them to be sent and me paying the required sum.....just been told the branch doesnt have the copies- they are in a storage facility and will require someone manually to search them out - ergo no idea of timescale of when i will get them !:mad:
