hello
i missed the last free listing day and am really annoyed as i have piles of stuff to list. do ebay no longer send out email alerts or have i somehow turned off their mailings to me? i only visit this site and ebay ever so often so it's a real pain not having announcements sent to my inbox anymore.

I got emails. Might be your settings or spam filter?
Also, is your account status standard? If it goes to below standard - they don't email you as you don't qualify.
You could check ebay announcements every Friday - just in case.0 -

Mine turn up at useless times, like 3am on the Sunday, or a couple of times even on the Monday after it's ended! If I get them at all, that is...0

tks yr replies - my rating above board so i qualify. not a business seller. checked all my spam filters etc. they used to update me every week - now i get nothing and i have to rely on word of mouth or hearsay. really annoying as i have very limited online access. best regs0

Ok, I suggested this before but only had one person think it was a good idea.
If I start a thread with 'free listing notification' in title and people can add a yes please to thread and subscribe, or just subscribe, when anyone gets the FLW email they find the thread, just post the date on it. That means everyone subscribed gets an automatic email through the MSE alerts to say there is a response. Obviously, people subscribed will also get a response every time someone adds anything else to that thread, but if we try to stick to just using it to subscribe to notifications and keep a separate chat thread for each FLW it might not be too bad.
