Debt free journey

Hello All
I am new here. I startred a journey to become debt free. I am getting help from CAP and at the moment I am quite devastated. I had a budget meeting with CAP and given the fact that I am unemlpoyed and on ESA I am looking for ways to save money.
I am using everything prepaid at the moment. utilies phone and so on.
My advisor said short of getting a job which is not possible at the moment hew thinks I am one of the worst off people he had to counsel.
I spend a lrge amount of money on prepaid mobile phone and internet service. I know you asking why not usethe internet in the Library well it is not possible to get there without a huge undertaking.
What I would like to know is if there are any phone service who i can apply to with my huge credit rating problem. CAP suggested if i can get a lalndline with broadband and get it to a deal for under£20-00 it will give me extra income to use to pay off my debts.
I hjave tried so many companies for a landline phone and was all unsuceesful, due to my credit rating and my Btr payment history. Some say that because i do not have a Bt landline i cannot get their services because I must have an existing landline.
I will be gratefull for any help with this problem and will folow through all suggestiosn.
I thank you in advance for helping me#

Always
Albert
