Does this happen to anyone else?

Basically my listings dont show up in any search feature apart from the actual item number.

At the mo i have 36 items i have listed - now they show in 'My Ebay' but not if i do a search on their keywords. Also if i enter one of my own listings and click on 'other sellers items' only 33 of my items show up. Now i wouldnt be so annoyed if i had just listed them but they were listed a good few hours ago.

This has happened to me before and i have to go and 'revise' my listing over and over again before it will feature in the search results.:mad: I realised because i thought it was odd that the items werent getting any hits when they are sought after items.:o

Does anyone have any advice?

This has happened to me before. Once my listing took nearly 12 hours to appear!! I emailed ebay customer services and they wrote to me saying there was no problem as the listing was there. Not surprising really given that their response came about almost 36 hours after I had listed the item! :mad:

OMG really - i just emailed them and that has just made me furious - if they reply that late on i will go complaining and ask them to refund a portion of the listing fees i think. Their customer service is terrible, i have had problems with them in the past. They don't answer a question they just quote a whole load of unhelpful nonsense you've already read in the help section. Oh well!

if a listing is missing from the search results potential bidders can't see it. It's only fair therefore that part of the fee should be refunded if the listing doesn't appear when searched for. Imagine if you're running a 1 day auction and it's missing half the time! Will ebay issue refunds? I very much doubt it.
