the sun 9.50 hols, wrong park allocation

Hi
Has anyone had their holiday confirmed but been allocated a park you did not choose. this has happened to me and I've been trying all day to phone but it is always engaged and they haven't replied to my email either. I know clause 10 states no changes will be made but this is their fault. Can anyone help me? Andf if I don't get this resolved does anyone want to buy the holiday they gave me. It's in Kent on July 9th mon-fri for 7 people.
