Hi All
Today I have just had a letter from RBS with regards to my PPI claim too which I am persuing myself.
It reads..
"In the circumstances, and given the amount of time that has passed since you made your complaint,as a gesture of goodwill and without any admission of liability, the bank is prepared to make you a offer of £711.12."
Now do I accepet this first time offer or do I hand it over to the Ombudsman and see if they can increase my offer??
You see I have had this card since 1993 with out me never agreeing to have this PPI. But I am worried that if I turn this offer down will I stand to loose  "oh what to do"
Is there any one who has come along this same dilamer?
Can you help.

Or risk them withdrawing the offer and the FOS finding against you and getting nothing.
