I received a parking ticket from these yesterday.
What action should I take, I have been reading about and people are saying the best thing to do is to ignore it.
Please Help!
Regards,
Nathan

1. Edit your post to take out the details as to where it was or who was driving.
2. Ignore everything you get from them from here on in. Just to cover yourself take a few pictures including the miniature sign that was far too small for the person driving the car to see.
3. Save all correspondence you are sent, even though you are ignoring it and not replying. This firms manager is a bit of a maverick who occasionally takes someone to court, but he's a masochist as he always loses. If they send out their usual illegal stuff you should be able to sue them for harassment, like I did to another of these pathetic would-be scammers.
Sorry, did I forget to mention it? It's a scam, don't pay.0 -

a scam that impersonates authority.
IGNORE
get ready for silly letters and changes of characters in the impersonation, debt collectors, fake solicitors, that kind of thingHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
But finally prepare yourself for the ultimate horror.... where they no longer want to write to you as they realise that you realise that you owe them... zilch. Then it will be bye bye UKCPS.0

You feel kind of cheated when they stop writing, bit like loosing a buddy, no letters to wake up to and you have to buy your own hamster bedding.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0

Why not subscribe to our campaign to ask these people to use soft absorbent paper for their letters as it is so much kinder to the bottom...?0
