Hello,
Can i have some advise please on a loan that was paid off in 2007, which i have no paperwork acc no etc for, I rang Blackhorse direct and was told without acc ref number they could not check it, even though i had dates of when it was started and finished, they said it has now been archived.
I want to check if i even have PPI on it !
