Credit card PPI

Hi,
I am planning to reclaim some misold credit card PPI from LLoyds TSB. I cancelled the PPI about three years ago, and still have the credit card account which it was attached to. But, although I obviously know the credit card account number, I no longer have the PPI number. Do I need this or will they be OK with just the card account number?
If I need the PPI number, how do I go about getting this. I've already used the template letter to get the t&cs but none of what they sent me had the PPI number on.

i have successfully reclaimed with halifax with just the card number, i think you will be ok0
