ive been with greasypalm for about 2 years but never used it until we moved, i didnt work so had time to use the site. i have 2 issues and not sure how to sort them out as now back at work and have not got a lot of time, ok question 1 it states cheque was issued on 1st Jan but ive never recieved it, cant find a number and no way of contacting them through web site (that i can find) only snail mail address. also one of my transactions has now been reversed this was the barclays home insurance, which i have and did not cancel, how do i sort this out, do i just write to them and see what happens? has anyone else had problems? any advice greatly recieved, thanks chloejane.

you need to email them but they can be crappy with transactions.
i had one for an account i opened at A+L and i reported it as missed tranaction, they looked into it an said they couldnt find anything an closed the fault with no chance for a rebuttle.0
