Refuse offer?

I got a offer thru from a bank but it isnt for the full amount that i have them in court for.

is there a template letter to send back with there offer?

What i wrote was, Iam afraid i cannot accept your offer of xxxx as full and final settlement of my claim.

I would accept the amount as part payment and without prejudice, but will continue the claim for the balance.

This worked a treat for me, they paid me full within a day of getting the letter.

Hi Fair, look carefully through Martin's thread, it gives letter templates of what to send back if their offer is unsatisfactory.

i just wrote the above and put a line through the offer and put decline in big letters lol
