DWP have lost all my personal bank details

    You could always take them to the JC and ask for a receipt. Normally they have a stamp or something they can use to show what's been received. That's what they did with me when I had to sign on and had my IHR money in the bank.

    Just as an aside - if you have been sent a pre-paid envelope and choose to send by recorded delivery, the post office will deduct the pre-paid postage from what they charge you.

    The ironic thing is I sent them two copies, one went to the compliance officer, and one to the Job Centre general. They both went to the same address. So even if they lost one, the other should be there. Why the compliance officer hasn't put something on my file I don't know. Also, why I am thinking they'd be able to work out something as simple as this...
