Which suppliers cannot handle E7 meter on a non-E7 tariff?
I'm about to part company with Eon as FixOnline 9 comes to an end. They've never had any problems dealing with Day/Night readings for electricity on a non-economy 7 tariff. I'm sure I've read on here in the past that not all suppliers are as flexible.
I know npower can handle it, but their incompetence in handling anything else to do with meters means I won't be dealing with them again!
I suspect like many others I'll be looking closely at Sainsburys (BG?). Will they cope with an E7 meter?
Just for the record, I have no issues with Eon, I've loved the web interface for entering readings, monitoring usage and downloading bills, but it's not worth £15 a month to me!
