Thank you, just ordered a navy/apple one - hope it's as warm as it looks, shame I left it too late for Guy Fawkes Night tonight lol!
P.S. You only need to enter the delivery code first, then the jacket code in that order to get both discounts and the coat for £20 (rather than entering each one twice).0 -

Just had an e-mail from CT. They have just launched their 21% discount code. It is G26T valid until 22 Dec. valid on order over £21.
Absolutely no use to me as everything I wanted was out of stock but may help some of you.0 -
use the free delivery code above first, then the discount code above.

This is still working today if you spend over £21 and can be combined with free delivery code BA4W in checkout page. :TJust because your paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you ! :rotfl:0 -
They might be cheap BUT beware: I bought a coat from Cotton Traders recently. Had a problem - a missing part. I had all kinds of trouble getting in touch - they really don't want you to email them. Finally, I phoned them in Altrincham, they promised faithfully to send a courier to pick it up and replace it, at their expense. Needless to say, the courier never arrived! I would not buy from them again unless it was from one of the shops, so I could see what I was getting. The mail order service sent poor quality goods and their customer service was useless.0

thanks for the codes i was looking for some basic tops and t shirts, saw a pair of shoes too but the sizing is weird i am usually a sz9 (43) but according to CT's size guide i am, a size 4. Is their shoe sizing diff to everyone else?0

I ordered similar coats last yr (nice by the way) - adn had a couple to try for sizes - rang for another and think they charged me p&p twice - but so helpful adn in the end I think I had ALL my p&p refunded - so no complaints from me.
Update - just to say if you want a longer padded coat they do one on Great Universal for £45 (made by Storm) - in black or grey. Think the Cotton Traders one is just eblow my knees - but one I bought similar last yr nice and comfy and warm.Great opportunities to help others seldom come, but small ones surround us every day. -- Sally Koch0 -
Different experience to me.

Lucky you! The person I spoke to when I eventually managed to get through was very pleasant and promised a courier would come within a week, but they never arrived. In the end we just gave up, because it was cold and my husband needed to wear his coat. So he had to put up with a defective item.
But this experience certainly left a bad taste in my mouth - I would not trust cotton traders again. Also, I seached the internet and found lots of other people had had similar bad experiences. Just wish I had checked the web before ordering!0
