Gotcha Clydesdale

:rotfl:I've had quite a bit of success with my PPI complaints, but Clydesdale were proving more than a little difficult. I wrote to ask for the agreement to start with - they said no, as their records showed the loan was paid off they didn't have to provide it. I then sent in a SAR request related to said loan. They wrote back saying they had no records of a loan for me at any of the addresses provided in my history. Liars. I then complained anyway, filling in as much of the PPI questionnaire as I could. They responded saying that they could find no evidence of me having held PPI with this loan.

I then sent off a SAR request for my current account that I held with them around the same time. Gotcha! It shows the loan being paid into my account, the repayments, my early repayment and..... PPI rebate, hence it must have been frontloaded. Now I know they are lying, and I have strong case. Here goes with another complaint.... :money:
