Add 4 of the Cadbury's treasure eggs to the G&B, use 2 moc's and pay £5 for the lot;)

Sorry to be thick but how does this work? I bought 2 of the green & blacks with MOC for £3.50 but the treasure eggs are supposed to be 2 for £2 so how does it work out at £5?

treasure eggs £2 each bogof so 4 = £8 before bogof
    g and b's £6 each bogof so 2 = £12 before bogof
then take £5 off vouchers and £10 off for bogofs and hey presto £5 total

I don't understand this. How can melting down ready made cheap chocolate ensure you know what is in it? Are you actually making the chocolate yourself from scratch, as that is the only way you would know exactly what is in it?
The opposite of what you know...is also true

Unfortunately if you have ever made an easter egg yourself you would know why people buy them, very time consuming, very expensive including moulds, packaging etc and toddlers and making eggs don't mix, little fingers and germs lol. A lovely idea but I am more of the buy the cheap eggs type.

Have four children to buy, two of which are toddlers so trying to work out the best deal.

Can you use 2 vouchers in one transaction then? If so, could you theoretically use more than 2??

I think they are basing it on one £2.50 voucher being used on a £10 spend although the voucher states £10 minimum on easter eggs. I wouldn't think you can use two in a transaction even if the value is originally £20

sorry just a suggestion kids help making cakes all the time and if its them and the family eating them then i wouldnt think there would be any problems with contamination i guess you have to buy an egg first but you can use the plastic from bought eggs as moulds same as re-using last years advent calenders!!
i see what the poster above means about cheap choc isnt always nut free but i ment the extras you use to decorate it can be i understand nut allergies are very difficult to cater for as so many products come from multi use factories
if you compare gram for gram a bar of choc and choc eggs, eggs use to be very very expense i guess with all the offers these days its not so much
but in your situation probably best you go for kinder eggs :)
