SAR Advice Please

Hi All,
I've had three or four loans with my bank (Natwest) since 2004. At least 2 had PPI on.
However, I do not have the agreements or paperwork for them anymore, so I sent a SAR request off using the template on the website, and enclosed a cheque for the £10.
I dropped this into my local Natwest branch by hand, However, reading the A-Z of bank addresses thread, I see these 2 addresses listed for Natwest SAR requests:
Natwest
Registered Office
135 Bishopsgate
LONDON
EC2M 3UR
Natwest
Credit Management Service
Kendal Court
Ironmasters Way
Telford
TF3 4DT
Its been about a month now and i've heard nothing from the bank. They have however, cashed my cheque that I sent.
Do I just wait to hear from them, or would it also be worth sending a letter to one of the above addresses?
I'm new to all of this, so apologies if this is a silly question!
Cheers
James

Allow 40 days plus according to Nat West they have a heavy backlog!!
Today I have had part of my request that has been quite some time!!
6th November 2011 when they received it and they cashed the payment.
You could write to SAR team
Ground Floor Business House B
P.O. Box 1000
Edinburgh
EH12 1HQ
If you have not had a written acknowledgement from them I would chase this up send recorded delivery.

Thanks
I'll give them a week or so then chase it up. 0
