GE Money contract taken out abroad

I took out a loan for Club la Costa points whilst on holiday in Spain. They insisted I take out PPI as part of the deal. I wrote to GE Mnney at Watford and they said as I had taken out Club la Costa points my CONTRACT was in Spain. I wrote to Club la Costa and they replied asking me under what precendent I claimed the PPI refund. I am stuck. Is there anyone out there that can assist.
