No NSD for me as had coffee with a friend and, even though we had free coffee vouchers, I wanted a caramel latte so had to pay an extra 10p! Oh well, it was worth it (sugar free btw, for those who know I have given up sugar for lent
)

Sorry to hear about the cat spat Rising - hopefully it's a blip and they will settle again. When we had two they 'tolerated' each other but still had their moments. To be fair, it was the youngest who would usually start it, and she was the one who moved in on our other puds territory - she adopted us as a stray - cheeky minx  There were a lot of other cats in our road who would regually chase her (as she was female and youngest) but our other cat was the boss of the area, being big and the oldest, so Skip learned that shadowing Big G outside and keeping him onside was to her benefit as the other cats left her alone when he was nearby.
Thanks Kerri .... I was really upset as they've been getting on *OK* for a while now and had even managed to be in the same room a few times over the past few weeks without a major spat (they always have minor disagreements).
Wee cat still in lounge and tbh she's not at all bothered as it is *her* room where she spends most of the time. Big cat went out for a while so I left the lounge door open and went out for a walk - and she was still in the same place when I got back:) - it's just a pain in the what-not having 2 lots of food/water and (worst of all) an extra litter tray in the lounge.
Think I'll keep them separate until the weekend and then see what happens when I'm here to step in at the first sign of trouble.
No NSD for me today as had to get a few bits at Al*di.
I have to go for another attempt at the MRI scanon Friday:eek:. I've to go to (don't laugh ....) sick kids hospital as it's apparently a bigger machine & not so long so fingers crossed. It is a *£$"!! of a place to get to tho' so will be up mega early - I honestly think they look at the list of people coming and decide to give the earliest appointments to those that live furthest away:cool:
I took £50 out on payday for the "incidentals" purse - this was for my massage (£25), window cleaner (£5), hospital visit (£10), work collections (£5) with £5 spare.
So far, I'm already up to £6 on the work collections:(, it's one of the few months the window cleaner comes twice .... so ....:eek:Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Hi all
Pleased to report that I have achieved NSD 1 today:)
I had a bit of a wobble when I realised that we had run out of bread - I thought we had more but OH was hungry!
However, rather than buying bread I had some bread flour and yeast, so am in the process of making a fresh loaf now. I prefer homemade bread to shop bought anyway - it tastes much nicer and I'm sure it's better for you.
Congrats to those of you who have had several NSDs in a row - that's a real achievement:T
I don't think I'm going to have a NSD tomorrow, some of my bills are leaving my account by DD, so I thought that I would buy Mother's Day cards for my mum and MIL. At least that means I shouldn't have to spend over the weekend hopefully...0 -

Beanie - I'm not sure where Jinty is either, hopefully just busy and nothing wrong, although i did hear the police wanted to speak to her after a slight DT 'incident' at the last NSD outing
Rising - all the best for the scan this time round x And fingers cross the puds behave, I totally understand what you're saying about the separate trays etc.
Well, NSD #3 for me :j mainly because I've been so busy I didn't get out at lunchtime even if I'd wantd to - can't complain in this climate though. Actully quids in today as sold my old mobile on fleabay. Did have to transfer some £ to my cc though - I know some of the items in it will be taken back for refunds, and some is work expenses but when i had a look it was still a bit of a :eek: and a further  so i must stop using it until I get it back in order again else I'll lose track of the 'real' balance.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Hi folks:),
It is so cold today and we had some snow at one stage! Am still on the no red for lent wagon, but would be lying if I said I wasn't struggling:mad:, particularly as I got some new wines that arrived yesterday and they look like fine examples for red to taste:D. I'll just keep going in the meantime though and will see how it goes. Declaring NSD5 for today please:beer:If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
