PPI confusion

Hello!

I contacted Nationwide with a request that they look into my (now finished) loan for PPI. Turns out that when i took the loan out in 2003, it was MEANT to be added on (NW consultants words..) at the start of the loan but wasnt added on till i rejigged the loan and topped it up in 2004. Whats even stranger that when i topped it up a further 2 years later in 2006, it was taken off again.. so i only had it for 2 years?

Now my circumstances hadnt changed in any way, was in the same job etc for that length of time.. VERY strange that it was on then off again. I told her that there would be no way that i would request it in the first place, nevermind mid-way through a loan!

Needless to say ive sent off my form and am awaiting a reply from them to see if they are going to give me it back!

Anyone know what % of the monthly premiums, NW charge or idea of what i would get back?

xx
