Hi,
In the last few years I've had the following loans, all with RBS.
- 5000 (2010)
- 1500 (2yrs ago)
- 8000 (around 3-4yrs ago)
- 4000 (around 4-5yrs ago)
Could someone clarify for me exactly what i need to do.
I have no bank records so i need to request an SAR from bank and pay £10 PO. I'm unsure exactly what i have to do once i have my records. Also, do i need to create a claim for each loan?
Also, does someone know the exact address i should write to?
Any help on this will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Stace

Sorry in answer to your other questions I filled in FOS questionnaire and sent away complaint about 1 loan stating my reasons. In covering letter I also asked them to look into any previous loans that I had had with them. I think all in all I received info about 7/8 loans (was young, stupid and had no money sense back then) ppi they paid out on dated back to 1999 but said that they didn't have info on loans before that date (even although they supplied me with acc nos for loans which I didn't have. Hence the SAR). They took the full 12 weeks but think they should be taking 8 now. Once I had returned acceptance forms money was paid into my bank account in about a fortnight.:Tstaceyrach wrote: »Hi,

Hi terence, thanks for this. When you say you sent the questionnaire of, did you send it to the same address?0

sorry, and did you actually take out PPI knowingly? I don't think i took out PPI at all but i'm hoping my records say they've added it without my knowledge. Do you mind me asking how much your loan was for and how much you got back. I'm not a very lucky person so i doubt i'll get aything back but it's worth a go i suppose.0
