Praise: Appliances Online

My old washing machine kicked the bucket last week, and I spent some time looking for a new one.
I'd decided on the model I wanted, and Appliances Online were one of the cheapest. Plus free delivery, or next day delivery for £9.99.
The machine I wanted was £192, but when asked, they price matched with another company for £169.99!
Because I was price matching, I did the deal over the phone. The woman that I spoke to, Stevie, was really nice and helpful.
Everything was quick, no irritating insurance selling etc (I received an email later one that I chose to ignore, so I didn't have to sit on the phone listening to a hard sell.
I was kept up to date with my order (a text & a call giving me a three hour delivery slot, and a call this morning giving me a more accurate one hour slot)
It was under 24 hours from ordering to delivery.
Altogether, a great experience. Would definitely recommend
