Littlewoods loan with bank of scotland

Hi,

I'm slowly losing the will to live so hopefully someone can help.

I have been writing to Littlewoods about a loan I had over 8 years ago( which i think I had ppi on), I have contacted littlewoods and they gave me bank of scotland details to write to. I have had several correspondance from Bank of scotland as a reply to my questions, All the correspondance from Bank of Scotland states is "we did not sell you the loan its nothing to do with them and that it is littlewoods". I then chase Littlewoods again to be told they are a mail order company and that I need to speak with Bank of Scotland. This has been ongoing like this since November last year with them, the last in letter was 8th February . Have rang both again today just to go around the same answers again.

Can anyone offer any advice on what else i can do or try?

Tania
