Hi, am posting on here as they often have discount codes posted. I have used one and had a watch sent to me, it was nothing like the picture so returned immediatly at my own expense as they do not issue return slips, it arrived next day by special delivery as I have the proof from royal mail, I paid via paypal so the money came out and should go back in straight away but 4 weeks later I am STILL waiting for nearly £200 back, getting very worried and phonecalls to them are proving to be no help as they just say being processed, looking on the net it appears I am far from the only one this has happened to , they also sell on amazon, I have never ever had such a bad experience so just a message to all of you to avoid. I know someone will moan its not a grabbit but I am just trying to help others not get stung , fingers crossed i get my money.

If you paid by Paypal then I would log into your Paypal account and lodge a claim against the seller. Make sure you put every detail in the claim (dates, time, emails, phone calls, ref numbers) as it will help speed things up. It will also demonstrate you have done everything you can and given them every opportunity to sort the issue out.

I have done this myself when I never got what I paid for and the seller would not answer my emails and support tickets. Paypal returned the money to me.

also make sure that you remember to escalate your claim via paypal as opening up a dispute doesnt get you a refund automatically

In this instance, escalate immediately.
