the times on the forum just suddenly changed, yet dont see any admin online

is it the site or me? ive checked my settings and seems ok..

I have in options:

Time Zone: GMT western Europe Time....

DST Correction Opiton: Automatically detect DST settings

mine say that also, yet at the bottom of the page it says

All times are GMT +1. The time now is 9:35 PM. (the time is now 8.35pm)

all the posts have gone forward an hour also

ive just tried changing my settings to -1 to see if it would make the post times correct(as its showing an hour infront) but that actually changes them to
-1hour, if i set it to +1 it goes to +1 but when i have it at gmt it is still +1
