We had a set of patio doors fitted including a new lintel, brickwork, approxately 20-30 bricks last year for £1300. I could of got it slightly cheaper but I knew that the company that fitted local company would do a decent job as they have a good reputation in my home town and have also had several works done of the years
The patio replaced a previous patio doors that were old, rotten frames and aluminium shell.0 -
we needed 4ft doors and 2 x side lights and was quoted £1200 from a local company. That didn't even include preparing the area - they expected my husband to remove the existing door/window and bricks to leave the whole which needed filling.
In the end we bought the doors from Wickes (about £500) and my husband fitted them. It took a weekend but saved us heaps of money0
