in Credit cards
hi i know this is bound to have been covered in the forum somewhere
but if i get taken to court by a credit card company [hbos] and after
coming to an agreement to pay a monthly payment towards the
outstanding amount, is interest still applied ? or would i just be
paying the balance amount off at when i got taken to court ?

You are likely to have interest stopped once you enter a DMP - way before you go to court.
If you've already managed a CCJ, then you need to pay whatever was agreed then.0
