1. All entries must be received by 15/07/12.
2. All valid entries will be entered into a free draw and the winners chosen at random by an independent party. Winners will be notified in writing.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. There is one prize of a holiday in Latin America for two up to the total gross value of £5,000 (this total is inclusive of all flights, standard Journey Latin America margin and currency conversion rates, all accommodation, transfers and any added extras, and is the total value for the whole holiday not per person). Any flights taken as part of the prize must be Iberia-operated.
5. Should the winner want to extend their holiday/exceed the prize value they can do so at their own additional cost.
5. The winner of the holiday must book their travel by 31/08/12 and complete all travel between 01/08/12 and 31/07/13 subject to availability. Alternative travel dates are not available.
6. The prize does not include visas, transfers to the airport in the UK, spending money or inoculations.
7. The winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
8. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over and in possession of a full UK passport. Employees of Journey Latin America and Iberia, their families or any agencies or person connected with this competition may not enter.
9. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they have adequate travel insurance.
10. The winner must comply with and is responsible for attending to any inoculation and health regulations or visa requirements required for the destination.
11. Journey Latin America will not accept any liability for any loss or damages suffered whilst on this trip. Journey Latin America's standard terms and conditions of travel apply.
12. Only one entry per person.
13. No responsibility will be accepted for lost or delayed entries. Photocopies of the entry form will not be accepted.
14. The prizes must be accepted as offered. There is no cash or other alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of an equivalent or greater value.
15. The prize is non-transferable and once booked any changes to the itinerary will be at the winner's cost.
16. Entrants agree to be bound by all entry instructions of which these terms and conditions form a part.
17. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
