Thanks everyone for the recommendations. I hadn't heard of Moreveg but it's a great idea - small quantities for small prices. I could never stop myself sowing far too many seeds when they came in a big packet and then, of course, you have to transplant them etc etc and you end up getting sick of it. This way I was able to buy several different sorts of sprouting broccoli so I can see what does well and hopefully harvest over a longer periodIt doesn't matter if you are a glass half full or half empty sort of person. Keep it topped up! Cheers!0

If you're really canny and shop very early in the New Year, you'll find branches of Wyevale sell both T&M and Suttons seeds at half price.
The even cannier shop there at the end of the previous season and buy seeds for 10p a packet!0 -
I've used Sow Seeds a bity, they don't have a big range but they do have different things including green manures - https://www.sowseeds.co.uk0

Thompson and Morgan have a dela on with Tesco at present where you can swap clubcard vouchers for double the amount of T&M ones. they often have offers on their seeds as well. I ended up paying £20 for over £60-worth of seeds recently. :-D Have a look for T&M on the Clubcard website for info.

Yes the packet stated sow them in March. I am planning to put some in bags in the garden and the others in the allotment.0 -
Seeds arrived from moreveg yesterday and have sowed some already. Going to look for potatoes at the weekend in the local garden centre.0

I like realseeds.co.uk but that's because I like growing things not in the shops. It makes it more unique and exciting.
Not cheap. My latest order is about £70!Tim0 -

http://www.vegetableSeeds.net/default.asp this was recommended by my lotti site. it's owned by Chris Collins, who's been a couple of gardening progs and also, is the current Blue Peter gardener... seeds are cheaper than most and postage is FREE!0

http://vegblogs.co.uk/ a subsidiary of the above for bloggers and they can get free seeds if they blog really on this site... worth a go, i guess for all you bloggers out there (not me, as too busy working on my lotti!)0
