Intrigued as to why she did it, or how it got there!

Sorry for the late reply, a huge thanks to everyone for their suggestions.

We did the bicarb and shampoo treatement first, left in on for 5 mins and it started to burn her head lol so had washed that off- it did lift it a little bit but only in some places!,then did a fairy washing up liquid wash but as it was 'drying' it didnt seem to make any difference.
Towel 'dried' it and put fairy back on and left for half an hour then washed it off, that started to work.
When she went home she did another dry fairy(platnium) wash, left it on for ages then washed off and it was breaking down.
I havent spoken to her since but i imagine its all out by now.

For those wondering why she did it, a friend told her it would help a dry patch she had on her scalp, so she whacked basically the whole tub on THEN read the instructions.........the tub said to use ' a minimal amount' hehehehehehehehe ROTF

Lesson learnt - read instructions first.

Thanks again for all your help.
